Our Approach
We do not teach yoga as exercise. We teach yoga as a practice of returning— returning to breath, to awareness, to the present moment. Every class begins with stillness and ends with integration. What happens in between is guided by ancient wisdom and present sensitivity.

Morning Stillness
Begin your day with gentle movements and breath work. A practice designed to awaken the body without jarring the nervous system.
Flowing Strength
Build strength through fluid movement. Each pose flows into the next, creating a meditative dance that strengthens body and focus.
Deep Rest
A restorative practice using props and supported poses. Allow your body to release tension it has been holding for too long.
Meditation Practice
Pure sitting practice with guidance. Learn techniques to quiet the mind and discover the stillness that already exists within.
Evening Unwind
Release the day through gentle stretching and breathing. Prepare your body and mind for restful sleep.
The Deeper Practice
For experienced practitioners ready to explore advanced techniques and longer holds. A journey into the subtler aspects of yoga.
